add Potatoes or Tortillas to your Taco or Potato bar +$1.00 per.  Onsite catering, we warm the tortillas and slice Potatoes for you. 

Mac and Cheese comes Smoked or non-smoked and lightly sauced. Includes 1 meat choice, Shredded cheese or cheese sauce, goldfish crackers, diced green onion, choice of vegetable, salsa, hot sauce, french fried onions.  Add Brisket $2,00 per person

Slider Bar Buffet includes 2 meats, 2 sides, buns, condiments, assortment of toppings

Pick 2 meats 2 sides, bread choice, extra charge for Beef. add extra sides $3.00 each per person.  add extra Meat choice $8.00 each per person.

Pricing does not include tax or Gratuity.  All pricing includes disposables, serving utensil, wire catering pans and fuel, and setup.

Let us take care of your Buffet. Includes set up, break down, restocking food, utensils, use of metal chafing dishes and fuel $100 per server per 50 guest

We do over tastings.  Tastings are $100 for 4 people. includes 3 meats and 3 sides.  Once you book your event, we apply the $100 towards your down payment.
